For the band logo i will be using Adobe Photoshop to combine a band and a logo using jpeg logo, i will use bitmap to create the logo.

For the van driver i will use a vector file so that it can be blown up and do it on illustrator and then use a vinyl cutter to cut it to size, because its easy to use and comes in a variety of fonts and colours  and it has a diamond shaped cutter not making the lettering pixelate.

For the nursery flyer i will use PDF because of their ability to compress large files and self containment. i will use publisher to make the flier, because this allows them to be quickly and easily.

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Fireworks

Stone Studio

This Web design suite for Mac OS X includes Create, Photo To Web, PS till, GIFfun, Slice & Dice, Pack up & Go, and Time Equals Money. Create is the primary Web design component and can be purchased individually. It offers text and drawing tools, effects, automated Web page production, content development, and page layout features. Photo to Web allows you to create Web photo albums and slide shows. GIFfun creates animated banners. Slice And Dice creates image maps and navigation bars and Companion tools.

Adobe Photoshop Elements

Photoshop Elements is built around core elements of the Adobe Photoshop interface and feature set without the high-end features. Elements is primarily a tool for photo editing, processing, and enhancement, but it can also function for creating Web graphics such as buttons, banners, animations and Web galleries for personal and business use. It's designed primarily for amateur photographers, digital imaging enthusiasts, and small business users.

Adobe Dreamweaver CS5

Adobe Dreamweaver CS5 is a website development tool. It is not a drag and drop program. The books detailing how to use the program are well over 1,000 pages long.

The tools in the program are extremely powerful, but you need to devote some serious time to get to know the program. This program has too many amazing tools to list them all here. This program is not for someone who does not want to learn some HTML or CSS. The program is complicated, and it takes a serious amount of time to learn.

The limitations:

Apple USB Super Drive: We are a company we are going to need to produce more than just a few DVDs, although it is handy for the time being because of the size of the company. However in the future 

when we hope the company will expand it will very limited.

Xerox Phaser 4600N Mono Laser Printer: The printer is limited because it cant hold as much ink which means a regular change in ink costing us money.

 Casio XJ-A131 2000 ANSI Lumens XGA Projector: over time the image will not be as clear, and the bulbs need regular changing costing us money.
