will impact the company so you need initiative to make sure those decisions are
sensible.
Drive: you need to be determined to get work do to assure
you keep your job.
Planning and organization: you need this because it will
help finish work.
Knowing how to use software: the job revolve around
software, so you need to know everything there is to know about it.
